Shuntec custom benchtop type 3 ton small hydraulic press machine is custom-designed for our customer from Estonia, for removing disk-shaped sprue of the PA6 injection molding parts. Our customer is a leading manufacturer of the Water purifier. All parameters including tonnage, stroke, open daylight, and bed sizes are customized to best meet customers’ requirements.

- Required cylinder stroke 150 mm; Required maximum daylight 200 mm
- Required throat depth 120mm
- Bed platen sizes 350*240 mm with T slot
- Die / tooling connector diameter φ25mm
- Calculated ram speed: Approach 100 mm/s; Return 100 mm/s
- Safety mesh shields on left & right sides
- Light curtains guarding the front opening of the press
- Double start buttons with the protective cover on the front operating side
- Emergency stop button on the front operating side
