Nominal force output ranges in tonnage from 100 to 500 tons, with a bed size of up to 28” front to back, and the fully configurable specs for speed, stroke, daylight, and shut height. The heavy welded and rib-reinforced frame body is extremely rigid and helps minimum deflection to provide high rigidity and durability. Well-forged and precise-polished heavy-duty cylinders perform highly reliable when the machines running at the high load condition. A 4-rod guided ram to ensure the accuracy of repeatability. Shuntec H frame presses are typically best suited for stamping, pressing, and forming jewelry, as well as embossing gold and silver.
