Shuntec-P06 4-post 80 ton heated platen hydraulic press machine is a custom-designed hydraulic hot forming machine for our customers from the USA. This is a heated platen press customized and built with a big table size for carpet hot compression molding applications. All parameters of the heated platen hydraulic press including tonnage, stroke, open daylight, and bed sizes can be customized to best meet your requirements.

  • Heated platens size 2000*1800 mm, with T-slot for mold mounting
  • With a custom bed table height 850 mm above the floor
  • Omron temperature controller; 300 degrees centigrade maximum heating temperature

Shuntec electrical heated platen press has PID temperature controllers for easy setting and displaying temperature. The heated platen can be divided into multi-temperature zones each monitored with a digital ammeter for easy temperature fault detection.
