This "build-to-order" Shuntec-P06 PRO 4-post servo-hydraulic electric heated platen press 300 ton is recently designed and built for a customer from the USA. The application of the press is for hot forming brake pads for cars. With the built-in load cell, position transducer, and 10-inch HMI, the press brings our client the ability of precise closed-loop control for pressing force and position. The bottom and top heated platen is electric heating, with a maximum temperature of 300 degrees centigrade. All parameters of the 300 ton heated platen press including tonnage, stroke, daylight, and bed sizes can be customized to best meet your requirements.
