The Shuntec 4-post 600-ton 1000-piece jigsaw puzzle cutting machine is specially designed and built for die cutting 1000 jigsaw puzzles. The press is equipped with the servo-hydraulic control system, which is a fully closed-loop digital control system for pressure and position control. This servo-hydraulic puzzle cutting machine adopts a four-post tie-rod frame structure, ensuring maximum rigidity, and minimizing deflection of the entire machine construction. It’s an ideal working platform with perfect precise bed-to-ram parallelism. The high-efficiency tie-rod lubrication system and the oil cooler can bring the machine the capacity of 24-hour non-stop production.
Compared to the conventional hydraulic press, the advances of the servo-hydraulic puzzle cutting press machine are obvious:
